Today I made a new risotto. Without a recipe.
I just winged it.
And it was amaze.
Pumpkin and pine nut, onion, garlic and mounds of wine, which I drank straight from the bottle and made no apologies for that. EXCUSE ME but I’ve earned a couple of wine filled weeks.
The risotto somehow soothed my soul.
It was the right amount of gluggy and had a slight sweetness that spoke softly to my tummy and said: it’s alright little one, just have another spoonful.
That risotto had healing qualities. I should’ve written down the recipe…
