Today I wore a new braid in my hair. It was a fishtail braid. I learnt how to make one while I was sitting for hours at the hairdresser last week.
First you separate the hair for braiding into three sections. The two outside sections should be thick while the middle section is very thin.
Use the middle section to make figure of 8 loops around the other two. And voila! Fishtail in your hair, on your head.
I was complimented on the tail. This was a definite boost after an interesting week. If only the tail could have somehow saved me from the happenings of the rest of the evening. But it wasn’t a MAGIC tail so you can’t expect too much.
I wish I had a tail.
I wish I was an animal.
I wish I could don a furry little suit and run free and wild into the forest.
I wouldn’t want a real fishtail though, that’d just be weird.
