serendipity (ser·en·dip·i·ty) n.
the faculty of making fortunate discoveries by
accident; the fact or occurrence of such discoveries; an instance of making such a
discovery
Reminders of how supported,
cherished and loved we all are come at you from all directions.
Often they
aren’t very obvious.
Mostly they’re not said with significant eloquence.
Sometimes they’re down right dorky.
But if you take the time and courage to listen/see/feel,
these reminders can raise your spirits just when you thought you might have
taken a wrong turn.
Support can come in the form of a
few words of encouragement. Written, spoken, sung. It doesn’t really matter.
The act of cherishing can come in the
form of gratitude. In one look that defines all words of esteem. In one small
gesture outside of your pride and outside of the norm.
And love? That old thing? That’s
bloody everywhere isn’t it? The only thing you need to remember about love is
that: you never lose by loving, you only lose by holding back.
It’s never too late to be reminded
or do some reminding. Get in touch with your soul and don’t deny yourself the
opportunity to spread some happiness in the world.
Be kind. Be simple. Be honest. And
if you’ve effed it up? Just a little? Don’t be afraid to fix it.
It’s never too
late to throw some goodness out there and all up in someone’s grill.
Yeah.
PEACE X
